What’s brewing in Santa Maria Valley & on the California Central Coast?

Visit Santa Maria Valley

Did you know that according to California Craft Brewers Association, more than 850 craft breweries call California home? The good thing is that right here in Santa Maria, some of the best can be experienced.

Keys 2 the Coast is always on the lookout for great places to explore. We found great breweries with surprising good beers and tasting experiences that will keep us coming back.

Two of our favorites in the Santa Maria Valley are Naughty Oak Brewing Company & Taproom in Old Orcutt, Ca. It is a fun place! Beer flights are offered and guests get to choose what they would like to taste, making it easy to find a favorite.

Old Orcutt is just South of Santa Maria. You’ll love Old Orcutt. It is quaint and full of great places to dine.

What goes best with beer?  Pizza and Wings, of course.  I’m happy to say Patricio’s Pizza makes one of the best, gluten-free pizza’s on the planet and it is only 2 blocks away from Naughty Oak.

Another favorite in Santa Maria is the Figueroa Mountain Brewery, Which is a local success story. Fig Mountain as the locals call it now has a total of 5 taprooms on the Central Coast. The Santa Maria location is bursting with energy. If you enjoy craft beers, the choices are plenty. Try the Danish Red Lager paired with their Main Street Tacos.

You’ll love it
